RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can return or exchange NEW items within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, within a reasonable period, about your refund or exchange. Exchanges must be the same item in a different size only. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return and notify us of why you need a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@vedome.co

 

SHIPPING

VEDOME uses various shipping outlets depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. VEDOME will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of VEDOME. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out the correct address when checking out.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

A pre-order is an order of an item of merchandise, before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
