Terms and Conditions for [ Bridging the Gap ]. 

 

By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 1) Liability for Damages:

    •    Guests are responsible for their actions and any damages they may cause to the venue, its property, or other guests.

    •    Vedome & Time + Place is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event. Any costs associated with damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

  

 2) Penthouse Rules and Regulations:

    •    Guests must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the homeowner (s).

    •    Any violations of these rules may result in immediate removal from the event and possible legal action.

 

3) Behavior and Conduct:

    •    All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

    •    Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

 

 4) Personal Property:

    •    Guests are responsible for their own personal property. Vedome & Time + Place and the homeowners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

 5) Health and Safety:

    •    Guests must follow any health and safety guidelines or protocols put in place by the homeowner.

    •    Any injuries or accidents must be reported to  Vedome & Time + Place staff or building staff immediately.

 

6) Indemnification:

    •    Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedome & Time + Place from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to their attendance at the event. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
